How To Use EchoAI

  1. 1. Set Up Your Account

    Register for an EchoAI account and verify your email address. Once logged in, you'll have access to our full suite of survey call tools.

  2. 2. Create Your Survey

    Use our intuitive survey builder to create your questionnaire. You can add multiple-choice questions, open-ended questions, and even branching logic.

  3. 3. Upload Phone Numbers

    In the Project section, upload a text file containing the phone numbers you want to call. Each number should be on a separate line.

  4. 4. Initiate Calls

    Click the "Process File" button to start making calls. Our AI system will handle each call, asking questions and recording responses.

  5. 5. Analyze Results

    Once the calls are complete, you can access detailed reports and analytics in your dashboard. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions.
